Ancylus On-Board gives specialist maritime IT support in person wherever you are. Ancylus knows how vital it is to ensure that on-board systems and communications run flawlessly.

Remote support tools enable our specialist engineers to connect to your systems, then diagnose and remedy software or connection faults.  Only if the fault is complex, might a technician have to visit the vessel in order to fix the problem.

Our highly skilled engineers are able to board your vessel as soon as it docks. They know their way around the most complex hardware and will have your issue resolved and your systems back up and running with the minimum of fuss.
The IT On-Board services are not restricted to fault fixing. IT infrastructure upgrades, server installations are also available.

Antenna Installation

Preparation for welding jobs and painting, installation of pedestal and installing penetrations and cable glands. If welding is allowed, our engineers can do it.

Installation of antenna with ACU up to 120 cm can one engineer can install during one full day. (Assistance from crew may be needed for lifting); If there is more peripherals, or gyro signal is limited (no NMEA available, lack of synchronization or step outputs, cabling distance is very long etc.), more time may be needed.

Annual Maintenance can optionally be provided.
